(6) Obtain contact and insurance information from other drivers

(7) Provide factual information to law enforcement, limit responses to questions asked

Be careful when taking pictures. Be aware of the surroundings.
Take pictures of all vehicles. Start with the VIN and license plate. Take pictures from at least four angles.
If other parties are cooperative, please take pictures of the other parties insurance card and license.
Take note of the responding police agency as well as the incident report numbers.
